No, no, NO!
"I was talking to her the other day, and I will tell you this much, I could care less what she thinks."
Um. NO.
Say this instead, " ... I will tell you this much, I couldn't care less what she thinks."
Think about it.
Am I the only one that gets pissed off at stuff like this?

This stuff bugs me too, but not too much. These are the first two that come to mind...people should say “ It’s time to nip that in the bud!,” not “It’s time to nip that in the butt!” and “ That child is on his front lawn buck-naked!” not “That child is on his front lawn butt-naked.”
King Miroslav,
Yeah--I get ya. 'But pissed'? Naw.
Here's one:
"Oh, that's a whole nother thing we could talk about."
I THINK people are trying to say:
"Oh, that's a whole AND OTHER thing we could talk about."
Later gator,

Ok... so I guess I went a little overboard by saying that I get pissed off with this stuff. It doesn't make me mad. Just makes me want to smack people upside the head and correct them.
Deb,
Yeah, that first one makes no sense ... and I've heard it often.
The second one at least has SOME logic behind it...
Dashboard,
Hmmmm.... interesting. I've never analyzed that one before. You do make a good point.
Actually, “whole ‘nother thing” makes sense to me, as a slang contraction from “another.” I would consider letting someone use this word in SCRABBLE…. believe it or not, I actually found “nother” in some of the online dictionaries!! But, if you can’t find it in the Merriam-Webster, well, that’s a whole ‘nother story.

Oh, and yikes on the "buck naked" thing -- I think I'm converting to using the term "butt naked" to avoid any kind of racial slurs!! Crazy.
No, not alone. I'm so bothered by that kind of thing, I've had to remove the filter between my ears. You know, the one that catches those remarks in the first place.
