Jamba-fat?
I just realized that I pat myself on the back everytime I drink a Jamba Juice in lieu of a full blown lunch. I wonder if my idea of healthy eating is really all that healthy.

In continuing my 'Ode to Marita' (cause it makes me laugh like a sissy-girl when I do)...
Healthy, schmealthy.
Good one "dash-b"!
Miro, I used to get the pina colada jamba juice until I looked at how many calories it had--Yikes!! It had about a zillion of them!
Now I get the 5 fruit a day jamba juices. They are really good and a lot lighter.
Just be wise with your choice :)
Well if your comparing it to a Few tacos at jack in the box and a soda or a Butter Croissant and a coffee from La Bou.. I would definitely say Jamba Juice is by far a way better way to go!! The new RASBERRY RAINBOW all fruit smootie is scrumptous (: the original size is only bout 300 calories or if your like me and prefer only the 16oz its only got 190 calories!! YUMMY I love jamba juice..

Hmmm... where do I go to see the calorie info? ... www.jambajuice.com?
I always get the Citrus Squeeze, small size.
They have all of the calorie and nutrition info kind of off to the side or corner of each store. It is in a binder. Check it out!
Miro,
For a 16oz Citrus Squeeze theres bout 310 calories in it.. and in a original size there are 470 calories in it.. If you go to www.jambajuice.com and click on the jamba of your choice it gives you a breakdown of the ingredients as well as the nutrition facts/calories..

Ok... well, I always get the small Citrus Squeeze, so that is 310 calories. Of course, since I don't monitor my calorie intake, I have no clue if that is good or bad.
Usually when I do the Jamba Juice, I do it instead of a regular meal... not in addition to.
Yea, those Citrus Squeeze's are pretty fattening. They go straight to my biceps.
